Seven steps, one company — follow the leaf from a Madura field to the sealed pack.
Every batch starts in a Madura field. Leaves are cut in the cool of the morning and reach our Sumenep facility the same day, while they are still green and full of moisture — the single thing that decides how good the powder can ever be.
The harvest is spread out and gone through by hand. Stems, yellowed leaves and field debris are taken out, and only leaf of one grade goes forward. Nothing is rushed here, because everything after this step inherits whatever we let through.
Selected leaf is washed in clean running water to lift dust, soil and field residue. The water is changed between batches, and the leaf is drained thoroughly so it enters the dryer clean and evenly wet, never soaked.
Drying is where most moringa is ruined. We dry low and slow in controlled batches, holding the temperature down so the chlorophyll stays green and the nutrient profile survives intact. It costs us time; it is the reason our leaf looks and tests the way it does.
Dried leaf is milled and sieved to the mesh you specify, anywhere from a coarse 50 through to a fine 500. Each batch is milled separately and the line is cleaned between runs, so what you order is what you receive — no blending, no carry-over.
Milled powder travels a conveyor through a short, high-heat tunnel — hot enough to bring the microbial count down, but only for three to five minutes, and held steady the whole way. Nothing is added and nothing sits in the heat, so the colour and the nutrient profile come through the step unchanged.
Finished goods are labelled with their batch code and packed for the sea journey ahead. Phytosanitary and health certificates travel with the order, and the container is loaded at Tanjung Perak in Surabaya — FCL or LCL, whichever suits your volume.
